A new menace has emerged, and her name is Nina. Formerly a devoted fan of Jeff the Killer, she spiraled into madness following a traumatic event during her school years—an incident where she was harassed by bullies along with her brother. Driven to the brink, Nina took drastic action, murdering the bullies and bleaching her face to give her skin a haunting pallor, transforming into a terrifying new identity. The game offers two distinct story modes to complete: step into the shoes of Poisonguy and hunt down Nina, or choose to become Nina the Killer herself and fight to escape from the asylum where she’s been confined.
